hot or not - hidden wedge sneakers

The first time I saw them was in the Beyonce's video LOVE ON TOP. I loved the video, the way the moved, the music and the styling. Simple but special. It took me a while to understand that the special something about the styling in this video were the shoes. At the first sight nothing more than a simple black sneakers but soon you realize that they have a hidden wedge and high top that gives them that twist. I fell in love with them and found an italian version by Lemaré that you can buy on ebay (HERE) or on LuisaViaRoma. As many new things they become very controversial and I know who named them the ugliest shoes on the planet Earth. I personally reserve this prize for Ugg's and adore these sneakers. What do you think: hot or not?

La prima volta che le ho viste era nel video di Beyonce LOVE ON TOP. Amo il video, il modo in cui balla, la musica e lo styling. Semplice ma molto speciale. Ci ho messo un po' a capire che la cosa speciale del styling in questo video sono le scarpe. Al primo sguardo niente di più semplice di scarpe da ginnastica nere ma quasi subito ti accorgi che hanno una zeppa nascosta e la tomaia più alta del solito che le rende speciali. Mi sono innamorata e ho trovato una versione italiana di Lemaré che si può acquistare su ebay (QUI) e su LuisaViaRoma. Come tante cose nuove sono subito diventate le scarpe più controverse del momento e conosco chi le nomina le scarpe più brutte su pianeta terra. Io riservo questo titolo alle Ugg's e adoro questa nuova rivisitazione di scarpe da ginnastica. E voi che ne dite: hot or not?
